Fixes & Service Concerns

• Report issues before leaving for immediate correction.
• Complimentary fixes must be scheduled within 10 days. *See below for details*
• Receipt or service record may be required.
• No refunds for change of mind.
• Leaving the salon indicates acceptance of service.
• Normal wear will incur a repair fee.

Appointments & Punctuality

• Provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Allow 5–10 minutes for sanitation and preparation if needed.

Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• Please check your belongings before leaving.

Payments Accepted

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificate Terms

• Not redeemable for cash
• Expired certificates cannot be accepted
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced
• All sales are final

Our 10-Day Warranty

Monchéri Nails & Spa offers a 10-day workmanship warranty on new full-set nail enhancement services. If a covered service experiences a workmanship-related issue within 10 days of the original appointment, Monchéri may repair the affected nail(s) at no charge, provided no color, design, shape, or length changes are requested.

Covered Under Warranty

• New acrylic sets
• New builder gel sets
• New Gel-X sets
• New dip powder sets
• Premature lifting caused by application issues
• Chipping caused by workmanship defects
• Cracking resulting from product or application failure
• Other workmanship-related issues determined to be the result of the original service

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Fill services
• Gel polish services
• Polish changes
• Repairs performed on existing sets
• Removals
• Broken nails caused by impact or accidents
• Damage caused by picking, biting, or peeling
• Damage caused by work, sports, cleaning chemicals, or daily activities
• Normal wear and tear
• Changes of mind regarding color, shape, length, or design

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by salon management. Eligibility for complimentary repairs is determined at the sole discretion of the salon owner or designated manager.
