Fixes & Service Concerns
- Notify us immediately if nails are scratched or misshaped.
- Complimentary fixes must be scheduled within 10 days.
- A receipt or service record may be required.
- No refunds for change of mind.
- Concerns must be raised before leaving for free correction.
- Leaving indicates acceptance of service.
- Normal wear may incur a repair fee.
Appointments & Punctuality
- Contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel.
- Please allow 5–10 minutes for sanitation and prep if needed.
Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Please double-check belongings before leaving.
