Fixes & Service Concerns

  • Notify us immediately if nails are scratched or misshaped.
  • Complimentary fixes must be scheduled within 10 days.
  • A receipt or service record may be required.
  • No refunds for change of mind.
  • Concerns must be raised before leaving for free correction.
  • Leaving indicates acceptance of service.
  • Normal wear may incur a repair fee.

Appointments & Punctuality

  • Contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel.
  • Please allow 5–10 minutes for sanitation and prep if needed.

Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Please double-check belongings before leaving.
